Prabhat is the Chairman & MD of Olympeo, a Real Estate company focussing on affordable housing. Olympeo
has delivered more than 3 lakh sqft of projects. Olympeo has about 1 million sqft of projects in the
various stages of development in the MMR region. Olympeo has ventured into Olympeo Public Schools and in
Olympeo Senior Living.
He was also the co-founder of Brick Eagle, an affordable housing PE fund.
Prior to starting his own venture his professional stint included Sr. Vice President at Indiabulls Real
Estate, where he headed Business Development; he also overlooked Land Acquisitions, Sales and Marketing
of Commercial Projects. Prabhat has also worked with Reliance Infrastructure and played a key role in
their project planning and execution team for the Mumbai Metro Project.
Prabhat is B.Tech from IIT Delhi and MBA from IIM Bangalore

Saurav is a passionate sales professional, always exploring and experimenting the relationship between
technological tools, behavioral science and processes to convert Sales & Marketing into a blend of Arts
& Science.
He was head of Sales & Marketing in Olympeo. In a short period of time, he is credited to have sold more
than 1000 flats in a challenging location during the testing time in the Real Estate sector. To his
credit are lots of innovative ideas in product design, marketing, and efficient sales management that
are now widely adopted by a number of companies in this sector.
His previous association with Brick Eagle has enriched his understanding of business. While working with
Jones Lang LaSalle he played a pivotal role in managing the construction of 5 lakh sq. ft. of projects
for various 5-star hotel chains.
A passionate teacher, he is also visiting faculty and a member of the board of advisors in the Institute
of Real Estate and Finance (IREF).
He is a professionally qualified Architect from IIT Kharagpur.

With his rich financial acumen and zeal for marketing & creativity, he looks after Content Strategy from
Ideation to Execution, and Business Development at iMarketz.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Finance. He is a Bachelor of Engineering in
Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
Amit likes immersing himself in exploring & learning technological tools and methodology used in digital
marketing & analysis. He has worked on many technical platforms which are used for enhanced customer
engagement and nurture processes.
In his professional career he managed the digital marketing & analysis for the company in house.
